Rules for Uploading Beats

A user may only upload beats that they own or own the copyright to. Uploading copyrighted material is strictly forbidden. myFlashStores.net absolves all responsibility for any copyrighted material uploaded to the BeatsFor99Cents.com server.

If a seller is selling beats using BeatsFor99Cents.com, they must be original and not sampled. BeatsFor99Cents.com has no way to tell if a beat is sampled and they cannot be held liable for any sampled or falsely presented beats. A user who claims this is their original work are to be held liable for any issues dealing with fraud or sampling.

Payment of Service

All payments as a result of sales made by the Flash store's at BeatsFor99Cents.com are paid directly into the user's PayPal account, provided a user has supplied a valid PayPal email address upon account creation. BeatsFor99Cents.com are not responsible for any payments a user has received using the BeatsFor99Cents.com service. Any PayPal chargebacks or fraudulent payments are responsibility of the user and do not in any way reflect on the service provided by BeatsFor99Cents.com.
